Charateristics

In my current book The People of Sparks, which is a sequl from The City of Ember, there is one character that seems to stand out with his character, and that would be Torren; a spoiled kid from Sparks who only cares for himself.  He hopes to be a roamer like his big brother Casper, but when he learns Lisa snuck off with him to look at the city ruins, he goes into a blind rage and wastes two whole crates of tomato by throwing them at a wall. He then shows this scheming side of him by pointing fingers at Doon, an Ember citizen.

What do I think will happen next.

This book eneded on a wierd note. Ed did get the girl he loves, but he says he's the message, not the messenger. That seems wierd, but that's how it ended. I guess Ed you go on to marry this woman and live happily with her, but I can't say for sure, right? Turns out, his friend (that was a girl) actually loved him deep down in her heart. . . Not surprising. :3

Summary

After finishing I am the Messanger, Our main character Ed Kennady completed all FIVE cards
. Yes, even though there are four aces, the person used the joker as the final message. Ed had delivered 12  ,essages, all ranging from making a family have a good set of christmas lights, to threatening a man whose raping his wife at gunpoint. Yes, these message don't only range from complete strangers to his own closest friends. With each card, Ed had to look for more and more information, and the SPades was probrably the one he had to "dig" for information. Har har.No, the book SERIOUSLY makes that joke...

Was "I am the Messanger" banned?

I'm going to have to say yes. Thing is, I searched for when it was banned, but never found that. I'm taking a guess and saying the reason why this book was banned, though, was that it includes a LOT of swearing. Most pages have a cuss word in them. At one point, there is even a woman getting raped! It would be suprising if it wasn't banned at that point. If that wasn't enough, then there is suggestive themes floating around in this book. I can't say exactly why it was banned(Google gave no info on why), but I think these would be good enough guesses.
